| Before fueling, your boat should be secured to the dock, all passengers should be off of the boat, and the engine(s) should be turned off. Close all ports, hatches, and doors and put out any open flames. While fueling, do not use any electrical switches and make sure not to overfill your fuel tank. After feuling, wipe up any spilled fuel and open all ports, hatches, and doors. If you have a portable tank, it should be filled ashore. | ||
