| TRAILER TIME... No boating now for most of us in the northeast so lets take time to look at our trailers and make sure they are 100%. Check the tire pressure. Look for any deformations; bubbles, cracks,chunks of rubber missing,bald tires. Next, if you have brakes, make sure they work. Check the fluid reservoir for fluid level. Look at the manufacturers specs for that level. Check the hubs for wear and grease. Think about installing "bearing buddies" for extra protection. And last but not least, check to make sure your lights work. Look at the wire connections for any possible corrosion. You might consider carrying spare bulbs. | ||
